How to get there by car?
From Granada
Journey: 90 Km Estimated time: 1:10 hrs.
In the A-44 towards Motril, take the exit number 175 (Vélez de Benaudalla, Órgiva, Las Alpujarras) towards Órgiva along A-346.
In 12 Km aprox. continue along A-346 towards Torvizcón. continue and in 10 Km is the road junction with the GR-9027 towards Lobras.
Now, on this road about 4Km, you will find El Huerto de Lobras, at the edge of the town. Circle the town on the road that surrounds it; follow the road with green railing that seems to be a viewpoint. On this same road you will find a sign which says “Apartamentos El Huerto de Lobras”.
From Almeria
Journey: 110 Km Estimated Time: 1:30 hrs
In the A-7 (Mediterranean Highway) towards La Rábita, take the A-345 towards Albuñol.
After 32 Km along this road you will find a junction, take direction Tórvizcon-Órgiva, along A-348. Continue and you will find a junction about 10 Km with GR-9027 road towards Lobras.
Now, on this road about 4Km, you will find El Huerto de Lobras, at the edge of the town. Circle the town on the road that surrounds it; follow the road with green railing that seems to be a viewpoint. On this same road you will find a sign which says “Apartamentos El Huerto de Lobras”.
From Málaga
Journey: 140 Km Estimated Time: 1:50 hrs
In the A-7 (Mediterranean Highway) towards Motril, after 90 Km, take the exit number 328 (Vélez de Benaudalla, Granada, Jaén) in order to take A-44.
In A-44 towards Motril, take the exit number 175 (Vélez de Benaudalla, Órgiva, Las Alpujarras) towards Órgiva along A-346.
In 12 Km, continue along A-348 towards Torvizcón. About 28 Km is the junction with GR-9027 road to Lobras. In the same road about 4 Km, you will find El Huerto de Lobras.
