El Huerto de Lobras will provide you full information on trails, such as the great GR-7 which is the European route that begins in Greece passing through Lobras and leads to other villages of La Alpujarra like Timar, where you may discover Mercury Mines.

Children will be the main stars in El Huerto de Lobras, especially during the festivities in honour of the saint patron of Lobras, St. Augustine, whose celebration takes place the last week of August. Children will enjoy freedom of movement by walking along the streets and taking over them in an eternal time. For them we will prepare other entertainments and handicrafts in order to use their time in a creative way.
